Delivery of items over the value of R1 500 is free.
A calculated delivery fee will be charged on items less than R1 000. The amount will be
indicated in your shopping cart upon checkout.

Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible once your order has been picked and the
payment has been authorized.

• Our distribution center operates from 08.30 – 16.30
•  Monday to Friday (except on weekends and public holidays). All items will be delivered
  within 7 – 10 working days.
• If the product line you have purchased becomes sold out at the time of your
  transaction, we will contact you to find out whether you will accept a substitute
  colour/style, otherwise your purchase/s will be credited back to you.
• Delivery is not available to PO Boxes.

We’ll do everything we can to make sure your order arrives on time, but please allow for
circumstances which might affect deliveries to your area such as extreme weather, or
disruption to postal services or airlines, for example.

We cannot accept liability for any losses or other expenses caused by delays or situations
which are out of our control.

Deliveries may be tracked via our courier service, whose details will be supplied within your
purchase and shipping confirmation email.

Please note:

Townships, mines, regional farms, game parks and embassy deliveries, may incur
additional surcharges as per the courier company.
